We mail postcards to your local neighborhood to build awareness in case your neighbor or someone they know is looking to purchase a home. Often times, they may want their family, friends or coworkers to move into their neighborhood or they themselves might want to downsize or upsize but stay in the same neighborhood. Similarly, a renter might want to own a home and stay in the neighborhood.
